I saw Buckethead play guitar for GNR’s last tour. You know, the Axle Rose Kereoke Project. It was short lived. This time around Buckethead was playing with Brain (drums, Primus, Praxis) and Buttface (bass). The opening act was Pleseosaur, a man, his props, and a bunch of off the wall songs. A few that come to mind were a song about an Island made of meat, the sequel to an island made of meat, and a song about a made up business called, No Prob Limo. The set was very entertaining.

Buckethead was fucking phenomenal. I’m so happy I got to see him in such a small intimate venue. The sound system was great and the band topped it all off with about every genre of music you can think of. Buckethead played his little Star Wars melody. I got most of it on video. I remember they played the Praxis song, Seven Laws of Woo. They came out for two encores. The first they played a medley of Led Zeppelin tunes. The second encore they played what I think was a Jimi Hendrix song, but I’m not sure because the whole show was instrumental, and all my Jimi CD’s are at my other house. DAMMIT! Oh well. The show was off the fucking hook. I highly recommend seeing Buckethead anytime you get a chance. He is one of the best guitar players of our time.

I'm going to post more pics I took of Buckethead from this show. look for them soon!
